- Focus on AI algorithms and AI service trends to identify market opportunities and threats.

- Analyze the strategies of leading players in AI and semiconductors.
- Stay up to date with global semiconductor and AI regulations and policies
(e.g., U.S. CHIPS Act, EU Semiconductor Law).
▶ R&D and Product Strategy Development
- Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to establish technology roadmaps and
product strategies.
- Develop new products by considering the interplay between AI services and hardware.
- Identify new business opportunities leveraging the company’s core technologies.
▶ Investment, Partnership, and Customer Strategy Analysis
- Support funding strategy by working with global investors and VCs.
- Build strategic partnerships with global AI and semiconductor companies.
- Develop market-driven product strategies by working with partners and clients.
▶ Data-Driven Decision Making & Execution
- Provide strategic insights based on market research and data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to enable fast and accurate decision-making.
▶ Organizational Growth & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal R&D and business teams to drive company-wide strategic direction.
- Align execution plans with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Deep understanding of AI technology, AI service markets, semiconductors,
with the ability to learn quickly.

shaping semiconductor technology directions accordingly.
- Proficiency in market and technology trend analysis and forecasting.

- Business-level English proficiency for seamless communication with global partners,

test-time scaling, reasoning models, and Agentic AI.

- Experience in AI training and inference optimization, semiconductor fabrication processes,
and hardware-software co-design.
- Investment, M&A, or VC network experience.
